What is Sirocco?
Sirocco is an AI company based in Tunis and Paris. We build AI for high-stakes decisions: explainable, auditable and designed for human oversight. We start with hiring and skills assessment, run other products in pharma, sales and learning, and build on inference and conversation engines we develop ourselves. We also publish research on agent systems.
What is our main product?
JobInterview.live is a multilingual hiring and skills-assessment platform. Employers run structured candidate assessments and adaptive skills assessments, keep every score separate and explainable, and deliver audit-ready evidence into their ATS. People keep control of offer, hire and reject decisions.
What is Firewind.me?
Firewind.me is our proprietary inference engine. It powers JobInterview.live psychometric tests and job matching, and SABYL pharma inference.
Where are we based?
Tunis, Tunisia is our home base, and our office in Paris, France supports EU compliance and data residency. SIROCCO TECHNOLOGIES SARL holds the Startup Label 2026 under the Tunisian Startup Act, and we are members of NVIDIA Inception.
Is Sirocco SOC 2 certified?
Not yet. SOC 2 and ISO 27001 are in progress, and we publish our compliance status at trust.sirocco.ai instead of claiming certifications we do not hold.
